  • Fees and Payment
    • Service fees are billed on a monthly retainer basis, in advance, as outlined in the client’s SOW. Payments are due within [e.g., 15] days of invoice receipt.
  • Intellectual Property Rights

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding month.
